Privacy Policy

This policy explains how ESTARYA ("we") handles personal data shared through this website, the broker panel, phone, WhatsApp or email, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). We act as the Data Fiduciary for this data.

What we collect

• Enquiries: name, phone, optional email, the project / plot you ask about, your message, and – if you arrived through a broker's link – that broker's referral code.
• Site-visit bookings and catalogue downloads: name, phone, preferred date and project.
• Brokers: name, phone, email, city, optional RERA agent number, and a password (stored only as a salted PBKDF2 hash – we cannot read it).
• Leads submitted by brokers: the customer's name, phone, optional email and interest. Brokers must have the customer's consent before submitting.

We use only essential, secure login cookies for the broker and admin panels. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. A broker referral code from a link is kept in your browser so your enquiry can be credited to that broker.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry and arrange site visits; to verify, approve and manage brokers; and to credit enquiries to the broker who referred them. We do not sell personal data or use it for unrelated marketing without consent.

Consent

We process your data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit a form. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us; we will then stop contacting you and delete your data unless the law requires us to keep it.

Sharing

If you were referred by a broker, that broker can see your name, phone, project interest and lead status. Otherwise we share data only with service providers needed to run this website and reply to you (Cloudflare for hosting and storage; email / WhatsApp), or where required by law.

Retention & security

Enquiry and lead data is kept only as long as needed to respond and follow up (normally no more than 24 months after last contact), then deleted. Broker data is kept while the account is active and for up to 12 months after it is closed. Data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure with access limited to authorised ESTARYA staff.

Your rights

You may ask to access a summary of your data, correct or erase it, withdraw consent, nominate a person to exercise your rights, or raise a grievance.
